Juice of 2 limes

1 lb jumbo cooked shrimp (peeled and chopped)
1 medium tomato (diced)
1 medium Hass avocado (diced)
1 jalapeño (diced fine)
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together the chopped red onion, lime juice, olive oil, kosher salt, and black pepper. Let the mixture marinate for at least 5 minutes.
