  • 3 medium navel oranges
  • 1 medium lemon (juiced)
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • ¼ tsp apple pie spice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and toast pecans on a baking sheet until fragrant (about 5 minutes). Let cool.
  2. In a saucepan, combine orange juice, sugar, apple pie spice, lemon zest, and orange zest. Cook over medium heat until slightly thickened (3-4 minutes). Strain and cool completely.
  3. Core and slice apples into bite-sized pieces; toss with lemon juice to prevent browning. Peel and chop oranges.
  4. In a large bowl, combine apples, cranberries, toasted pecans, grapes, and orange pieces.
