  • 45 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 cup sugar (adjustable)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Two 8-ounce packs cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Rinse cranberries under cold water and chop green onions, cilantro, and jalapeño.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cranberries, green onions, cilantro, jalapeño, sugar (to taste), lemon or lime juice, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth; gently fold in the cranberry mixture.
  4. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving with crackers.
