  • 1 small yellow onion
  • 10 oz cremini mushrooms
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Gruyère cheese
  • Fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
