  • 12 large eggs

  • 23 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Sea salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. On one sheet pan, combine diced potatoes, sliced chicken sausage, chopped bell peppers, and onion.
