  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  3. Press two-thirds of the mixture into the bottom of a lined baking pan.
  4. Toss apple slices with cinnamon and nutmeg; layer over the crust.
  5. Drizzle salted caramel sauce over the apples and crumble the remaining mixture on top.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and apples are tender.
  7. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
