  • 3 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 12 tablespoons unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 large egg yolk (room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup whole milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In one bowl, mix flour, pumpkin spice, and salt. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth, then add sugars and mix until fluffy. Incorporate the egg yolk and vanilla extract.
