  • 1 1/4 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 cup Softened Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 cup Warm Milk
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Mix in pumpkin puree and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring gently.
  6. Pour in warm milk and mix until just combined.
  7. Transfer batter to the prepared pan and bake for 50-55 minutes.
  8. Allow cooling for 15 minutes before removing from the pan.
