  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 5 cups pitted, peeled, and chopped peaches (about 78 peaches/2.5 pounds)
  • 6 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a food processor, combine flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Add cold butter; pulse until crumbly. Reserve some for topping.
  3. Press remaining mixture into the pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Mix peaches with sugar and heavy cream; pour over crust.
  5. Top with streusel mixture and bake for about 45 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
