  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg (or flaxseed meal mixed with water)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup low-sugar ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, onion, egg (or flaxseed mixture), Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
