  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat orzo
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/4 cup white grape juice
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives (sliced)
  • 2 cups spinach (chopped)
  • Fresh basil (chopped)
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Optional: pine nuts

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes.
