2 bunches curly kale
1 cup croutons
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions
Prepare the kale by removing stems and washing the leaves thoroughly.
