  • 1/4 lb diced turkey pepperoni

  • 1/3 cup mild banana peppers
  • 1/2 sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 12 tablespoons banana pepper juice (to taste)
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix all dressing ingredients until smooth. Adjust flavors as desired.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, turkey slices, turkey pepperoni, feta, grape tomatoes, banana peppers, and red onion.
