  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup cold unsalted butter, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Prepare a springform pan by greasing it lightly.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar to form the crust. Press this mixture into the bottom of the pan.
  3. For the filling, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla extract. Mix in eggs one at a time, then fold in sour cream.
  4. In another bowl, mix diced apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, water, and lemon juice.
  5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and layer the apple mixture on top.
  6. Prepare crumble topping by mixing flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cold cubed butter until crumbly. Sprinkle it over the apples.
