  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 Granny Smith apple (peeled, cored, and chopped)
  • Grated zest and juice of 1 orange
  • Grated zest and juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberries, sugar, and 1 cup of water. Cook over medium heat for 5 – 10 minutes until the cranberries pop.
  2. Add the chopped apple, orange zest, orange juice, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Cook for another 15 – 20 minutes until thickened.
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely to thicken further.
  4. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
