  • 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup light feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Halve each zucchini lengthwise and scoop out the insides to create boats.
  3. Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
