  • 4 Tbsps Italian Dressing
  • 4 Cups Romaine Lettuce
  • 4 Tbsps Caesar Dressing
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Parmesan
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Red Onions
  • 1 Medium Avocado, Sliced
  • 6 Medium Tortillas

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breast in Italian dressing for at least an hour.
  2. Grill the marinated chicken on medium-high heat for 7-8 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, shredded Parmesan, sliced avocado, chopped red onions, and black pepper.
  4. Fill each tortilla with about a cup of salad mix and slices of grilled chicken; roll tightly.
  5. Grill each wrap on medium heat for about one minute per side until warm and crispy.
  6. Slice in half and serve immediately.
