  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and dried Italian herbs, and cook until golden brown (about 6-8 minutes). Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and scrape up browned bits from the bottom of the skillet; simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Add gnocchi and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low, stir in heavy cream, and simmer for another 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  6. Return cooked chicken to the skillet along with grated Parmesan cheese; stir until melted.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
