1 ½ cups canned or frozen corn (thawed and drained)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 large egg
¼ cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
Prepare corn by draining canned corn or thawing and drying frozen corn.
In a bowl, whisk the egg lightly.
