  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons julienned sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil)
  • 1/2 cup white grape juice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 pound uncooked potato gnocchi
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil (for garnish)
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in Dijon mustard, sun-dried tomatoes, and white grape juice; cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add heavy cream and uncooked gnocchi; stir well and cover.
  5. Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes until the gnocchi is tender.
  6. Stir in parmesan cheese and sliced basil; season with salt and pepper to taste.
