  • 1 pound thick-cut deli turkey or chicken
  • 6 large slices Swiss or Provolone cheese
  • 1 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 package Hawaiian Dinner Rolls (12 rolls)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 23 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice each roll in half horizontally. Layer turkey on the bottom half, followed by cranberry sauce and cheese. Place the top halves back on.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and poppy seeds.
  4. Brush the tops of the assembled sliders with the butter mixture. Cover with foil and bake for about 12 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
