  • 1/8 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Chop cranberries in a food processor until chunky.
  2. In a large bowl, mix chopped cranberries with sugar, jalapenos, green onions, cilantro, chili powder (if using), and lemon juice. Chill for at least 2 hours.
  3. Whip softened cream cheese using an electric mixer until fluffy.
  4. Spread whipped cream cheese in a serving dish and top with cranberry mixture. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready.
