Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 13×9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla, mixing well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon; gradually add to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Fold in dried cranberries and chopped white chocolate.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake for about 20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before frosting.
  6. For frosting, blend cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and spread over cooled bars.
