  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 3 Tbsp dill pickle relish
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the eggs in boiling water for 12 minutes, then transfer them to an ice bath until cool.
  2. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a food processor.
  3. Add mayonnaise, mustard, dill pickle relish, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper to the yolks; blend until smooth.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag and fill each egg white half generously, creating a triangular shape to resemble a Christmas tree.
  5. Garnish with diced red bell peppers for ornaments and additional dill if desired.
