  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon melted chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon espresso powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar; let sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add melted butter, eggs, salt, and gradually mix in flour until a soft dough forms. Knead until smooth; let rise for about 1 hour.
  3. For the filling, combine softened butter with brown sugar, espresso powder, and cinnamon.
  4. Roll out risen dough into a rectangle; spread filling and sprinkle chopped chocolate evenly on top.
  5. Roll tightly and cut into 12 slices. Place in a greased baking dish; let rise for another 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
