Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 zucchinis (spiralized into noodles)
  • 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 23 teaspoons mild chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons chili oil
  • Toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the zoodles by spiralizing the zucchinis. If you don't have a spiralizer, slice them into thin strips.
  2. Toss the zoodles with salt and let them sit in a colander for about 30 minutes to drain excess moisture.
  3. While waiting, mix garlic, coconut aminos, tahini, sesame oil, chili powder, chili oil, and honey/maple syrup in a bowl for your sauce.
  4. Squeeze out any remaining moisture from the zoodles and combine them with the sauce until well-coated.
  5. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
