1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 cup chicken broth, beef broth, or vegetable broth
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 pound green beans, ends trimmed
1/4 cup peanut oil or avocado oil
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, broth, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Mix well to create the sauce.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the green beans in an even layer and cook undisturbed for about 2-3 minutes until blistered.
