  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 4 large dill pickles (sliced)
  • 2 medium tomatoes (diced)
  • 1/2 cup pickled banana peppers
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 1 1/3 cups frozen french fries
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • Black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare all vegetables by chopping the romaine and slicing the pickles, tomatoes, onions, and banana peppers.
  2. In a bowl or jar, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, honey, paprika, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the vinaigrette.
  3. Cook frozen french fries according to package instructions until crispy.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the ground beef with salt and pepper until fully cooked.
  5. To assemble each bowl: start with romaine lettuce as the base; layer on pickles, tomatoes, onion slices, banana peppers, cheese; drizzle with vinaigrette; top with cooked beef and fries.
