  • 1 cup seafood broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 box refrigerated Cheddar Bay Biscuits
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat; sauté onion and celery until soft.
  3. Stir in flour to create a roux; cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Gradually whisk in seafood broth and heavy cream until smooth.
  5. Add garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Fold in shrimp, crab meat, and peas & carrots; remove from heat.
  7. Pour filling into a baking dish and prepare the biscuits according to package instructions.
  8. Sprinkle shredded cheddar into biscuit dough; drop spoonfuls over the filling.
  9. Bake for 30-40 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
  10. Let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
