  • 1 12-ounce bag fresh cranberries
  • 2 cups 7Up (or ginger ale)
  • 1 cup orange juice (or pineapple juice)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (without cornstarch)

Instructions

  1. Soak the fresh cranberries in a mixture of 7Up and orange juice for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat your oven to 200ºF.
  3. Drain the soaked cranberries and place them in a large Ziploc bag with powdered sugar. Seal tightly and shake until coated.
  4. Arrange the cranberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaking off excess sugar.
  5. Bake for 5 minutes, watching closely to prevent drying out.
  6. Allow to cool completely before serving.
