  • ½ tsp dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 4 cups green lettuce (chopped)
  • ½ cup grape tomatoes (sliced)
  • ¼ cup dill pickle (chopped)
  • ¼ cup red onion (diced or sliced)
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup sweet relish
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar (or lemon juice)
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook 1 lb of ground beef until browned (5-7 minutes). Season with salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
