  • 2 cups broccoli florets, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut pockets in each chicken breast and fill them with the broccoli mixture.
  4. Secure openings with toothpicks if needed.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken until golden brown on both sides (about 2–3 minutes).
  6. In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter.
  7. Place seared chicken in a baking dish, top with breadcrumbs, and bake for 25–30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
