  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 cups blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons flour (for filling)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (for filling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss blueberries with 2 tablespoons of flour and sugar. Transfer to a buttered 8" by 8" baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix together 1 cup flour, butter, sugar, salt, and baking powder until crumbly. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the blueberry mixture.
  5. Bake for 45-55 minutes until the topping is golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool for about 30 minutes before serving.
