Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, honey, milk, and vanilla until combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. In a small bowl, combine walnuts, pistachios, almonds, cinnamon, and cloves.
  6. Fold the nut mixture into the batter until evenly distributed.
  7. Spoon the batter into muffin cups about two-thirds full.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool in the pan for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack and drizzle with honey.
