  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 8 flour tortillas (6-inch)
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a medium pot, combine chopped apples, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and water. Cook over medium heat until apples are tender (about 10 minutes).
  2. Mix cornstarch with a few tablespoons of cold water until smooth. Stir into the apple mixture to thicken.
